Toy Story - My First Bear

On the first day of term 4, room 16 had to draw their favourite toy, their first toy or their dream toy.

I decided to draw my first toy because that's the only toy I remember having. Fairy bear was what I called it because it had wings and its a bear. My bear was the only bear called that because my bear was different to all the others.

I started off with the bears body and then the wings. For my background I drew a bright orange sun, a colourful rainbow,a cloud for the bear to stand on and a bright blue sky. Decorating my picture was the second to last thing I did but colouring my drawing was the lucky last thing I did.

Finally I showed Mr Somerville my fairy bear. The next day all of room 16 pictures were up on the wall by our topic name Toy Story.

My Awesome Holiday

Hi my names Quziyah and this is my story about my holidays. During last week on Monday Katrina and I had a girls night out. We went to the Sylvia Park movie's. Then on Tuesday we had another girls night out but this time we went to Rainbow-end. On Monday Katrina and I went to the Sylvia park movie's. We had $50 each and the total all up was $100. First we bought a large pop corn, 2 fizzy drinks, maltesers and 2 packet of chips. We watched Step Up 4 and it was awesome. Katrina and I went hard out on the food then made a big mess. Our favourite bit was when the female hopped on the table and started dancing. Our eyes hurt from watching the screen all day. On Tuesday Katrina and I had another girls night out but this time we went to Rainbow-end and it was amazing. Rides and a lot of things. Before we went in we had a massive feed. It was about time we went inside because I haven’t been there in a long time. My favourite ride was the roller coaster. Katrina and I went back home dreaming about how fun our two days were.

My Favorite Olympic Champion

Sacha Jones is a professional Australian tennis player. She was born on the 8th of November 1990. Sacha should be about twenty one years old. She was originally from New Zealand.

Sacha Jones started off at the ASB classic in Auckland New Zealand as a wildcard where she lost her first round match to Elena Baltacha in three tight sets. This year she lost to Shahar Peer in round two.

I wish someday I could be an awesome Olympic champion just like her.

My Tennis Voice Over

 Tennis is an Olympic sport. One of my dreams is to become an Olympic champion. My favorite tennis player is Sacha Jones. The gear you need is a tennis racket and ball, a net and good sports clothing. Take lessons and try your best. Practice a lot at the netball courts or find  a big space to play on. If your dream is to become an Olympic champion like Sacha Jones then don’t give up and I’m sure you’ll live your dream.

Worlds BIGGEST Sneeze!

Ooooh! Here comes another one... AAAH. Oh! False alarm! ahh that's better. ACHOOO!!! Seriously! I blew the house up again.

What am I going to do? I know I’ll go see a doctor.TAAX AAH ACHOOO!!! Seriously! Now I missed the taxi and now I have to walk. One hour later! Finally I made it. Hello there, I’m doctor Chee. Come on then. Don’t want to keep you waiting. Is your office far. I don’t think I can take another step. No its not that far. Its just down the hall. Oh! Thank God. Rightio!!! What seems to be the problem. Well, you see doctor I have the AAH ACHOO!!! excuse me. The worlds biggest sneeze and wherever I go I always seem to blow things up. Well little one there is a simple solution to this problem. All you have to do is cover your mouth. Ok then thanks doctor.

AHHH!!! It’s Little Miss Sneezy coming out of the doctors. I wonder wait she’s up too? RUN AWAY!!! AHHHHHhhhhh!!! AAH achoo. YAY! I remembered to cover my mouth. See little one that wasn’t so bad. Yeah! Thanks again doc. Hey where did everybody go?

Hey As AAH Fire in the hole! achooo!!! Hey Asena. Hey Little Miss Sneezy, did you go see the doctor or did you figure out how to stop blowing up things all by yourself? At least somebody noticed. I went to go see the doctor. He’s a natural. How did you solve the problem? Umm..... He told me to cover my mouth. Simple aye! ACHOOO!!! Oh no! Now I’ve got the worlds biggest sneeze. What was that thing that the doctor told you to do?

My Best Friend

 Hi my names Quziyah and I'm going to tell you about my best friend Asena. We've been best friends for about seven years and after school we always play at the park or sometimes go to the library. We sit next to each other every day at school. Were in the same maths and reading group too. We enjoy each others company a lot and most times we walk home together. Asena and I laugh a lot because its very easy to make each other laugh. During class we help each other a lot because thats how we roll.
